Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 150 g flour
- a pinch of salt
- butter (for frying)
- 1 pear
- 8 seedless grapes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 20 ml pear brandy
- 80 g Gorgonzola cheese
Instructions

Whisk the eggs, milk, flour and salt into a smooth batter and let rest for 20 minutes.

Wash the pear, remove the core and slice. Wash the grapes and sauté them with the pear slices in hot butter briefly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and lightly caramelize. Deglaze with brandy and remove from heat.

Cut the Gorgonzola into eight pieces.

Heat a little butter in a pan and fry thin crepes from the batter one after another. Fold each into small parcels.

Place a piece of cheese, a pear slice and a grape on each parcel and secure with toothpicks before serving.
