Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh rosehips
  • 1 l white wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash, clean, halve, seed the rosehips, place them in a pot and pour over the vinegar. Let steep for 4 weeks in a dark warm spot.

    Afterward strain, fill well-rinsed bottles, seal tightly.
