Ingredients
- 2 yellow ripe tomatoes
- 1 bundle radishes
- 1 bundle arugula (ca.30 g)
- 4 multigrain bread rolls
- 250 g sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 small bowl of watercress
Instructions

Wash and trim the tomatoes and radishes, then slice them thinly.

Wash the arugula, dry it thoroughly, and discard any wilted leaves.

Halve the bread rolls and spread sour cream on the underside of each half. Season with salt and pepper, then top with arugula, tomato slices, and radish slices. Sprinkle watercress over the top before serving.
