Ingredients

  • 2 large Tramezzini (about 24 cm long)
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • Salt
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • pepper (ground)
  • 80 g cheddar (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • parsley (for garnish)
  • 250 g cocktail shrimp
  • 2 tbsp sweet-spicy chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Keta caviar

Instructions

    Cut the Tramezzini into six strips each.

    Wash the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, remove the seeds, halve again lengthwise and slice finely. Salt and let soak in water for about 10 minutes, then pat dry.

    Mix the cream cheese with mayonnaise, lemon juice and herbs; season with salt and pepper. Take 2-3 tbsp of the mixture and spread the rest on the Tramezzini. Top with half of the cucumber slices. Cut the cheese into strips and place on half of the breads. Garnish the remaining cream with capers, poppy seeds and parsley.

    Set aside some of the remaining cucumber slices for garnish and distribute the rest over the cream on the other breads. Top with shrimp and drizzle chili sauce. Sprinkle caviar on top and garnish with the leftover cucumber slices.

    Arrange the bread strips on a large platter and serve.
