Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 75 g cream cheese
- 100 g thick milk
- 1 tbsp dried dill sprigs
- 1 egg yolk
- milk
- coarse Sea salt
Instructions

Mix the flour with a slightly heaped teaspoon of baking powder. Add a slightly heaped teaspoon of salt, the oil, the cream cheese and the thick milk. Knead the dough with a hook until it lifts lightly from the bowl rim. Fold in half of the dill.

On a lightly floured work surface shape into a mound and divide into 9 pieces, forming rolls. Whisk the egg yolk with milk and brush the herb rolls, then sprinkle with remaining dill and some sea salt.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C on the middle rack in a preheated oven for about 15‑18 minutes until golden yellow.
