Ingredients
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (finely diced)
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 200 g smoked salmon (finely diced)
- 50 g pickled cucumbers (finely diced)
- 2 tbsp chopped dill sprigs
- 1 baguette
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp horseradish (fresh grated or jarred)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper (from the grinder)
- freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions

Slice the baguette lengthwise but do not cut all the way through.

Pull out the dough and blend it with cream cheese and mayonnaise, add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Fill the baguette with the mixture, fold together and slice into servings for serving.
