Ingredients
- 8 figs
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek
- 2 tsp Honey
- zest and juice of ½ orange
- 125 g Camembert and green pepper per person (- cheese)
- wooden skewers

Rinse the figs and halve them. In a pan combine vinegar, sambal, honey, orange zest and juice; heat until warm. Quickly toss the figs in the mixture.

Use a zester to remove thin strips of orange peel for garnish.
