Cheese Cream Soup

Ingredients
- 500 g broccoli
- 3 tbsp butter
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 375 g turkey steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- a few spritzes lemon juice
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp flour
- vegetable broth
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 100 ml White wine
- freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions

Clean broccoli and cut into small florets. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and sauté the broccoli. Add 100 ml water and cook the broccoli for 10 minutes.

Cut turkey steak into small pieces and fry them golden yellow in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle lemon juice over them.

Peel onion and dice finely, then sauté in remaining butter until translucent. Stir in flour and gradually add vegetable broth while stirring constantly, bringing to a boil.

Stir in cream cheese, add whipping cream and white wine, and bring to a gentle simmer while stirring. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Add broccoli and turkey pieces to the soup and serve immediately.
