Pepper Steak with Vegetables

A perfect after-work recipe – quick to make, healthy and made with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
- 4 steaks (about 180 g each)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 6 bell peppers (red, green and yellow)
- 200 g oyster mushrooms
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 100°C (212°F) with both fan and top heating.

Wash the fillet steaks, pat dry and sear all sides in 2 tbsp hot oil. Season with salt and pepper, place on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10-25 minutes depending on desired doneness, turning occasionally.

For the vegetables wash and trim the bell peppers and slice into rings. Clean the oyster mushrooms and cut into strips. In the remaining oil sauté for 1-2 minutes, add the pepper rings and simmer together for about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and plate on bowls. Place the steak on top and serve sprinkled with extra pepper.
