Ingredients
- 4 slices Whole grain toast
- 1 clove garlic
- 60 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 40 g blue cheese
- 4 tbsp grated processed cheese (e.g., butter cheese)
- chives for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to grill mode.

Place the toast slices on the oven rack and lightly brown them on both sides in the oven.

Peel and halve the garlic. Clean and thinly slice the mushrooms. Remove the toast from the oven, rub one side of each slice with the cut side of the garlic and drizzle with a little oil. Top with mushrooms and drizzle again with oil. Season with pepper. Sprinkle blue cheese on top and scatter grated processed cheese over it. Return to the grill for about 5 minutes until bubbly.

Take out of the oven, season with more pepper, and serve sprinkled with chives.
