Celery Sticks with Cheese Cream

Ingredients

  • 150 g Roquefort
  • 200 g Low-fat quark
  • 40 ml whipping cream (4 tbsp)
  • 40 g sour cream (2 tbsp)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 30 g chopped pistachio nuts (2 tbsp)
  • 750 g celery (1 stalk)

Instructions

    Crumb the cheese and set aside 2 tbsp for garnish.

    Use a fork to finely mash the remaining cheese. Stir in quark, cream, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper and divide into four bowls. Sprinkle pistachios and reserved cheese on top.

    Wash, trim, and if desired cut celery into pieces. Arrange alongside the cheese cream.
