Herb Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 100 g goat cheese
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 100 g Camembert
- 1 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
- 0.5 tsp hot paprika powder
- 1 Shallot
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., watercress, thyme, rosemary)
- 1 pinch lemon zest
- 100 g quark
- Lemon juice
- white pepper (from grinder)
Instructions

For the goat cheese ball, mash the goat cheese with a fork. Add about 1/3 of the cream cheese, finely chopped garlic clove, parsley and olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

For the chili ball, wash, deseed and finely chop the chili pepper. Mash the Camembert with a fork. Mix in the remaining third of the cream cheese, chili, whipping cream, coriander leaves and paprika, season with salt.

For the herb ball, peel and finely chop the shallot, mix it with the herbs, lemon zest and quark into the remaining cream cheese mixture. Season with lemon juice, salt and white pepper.

Form balls from all the cream cheese mixtures and serve with fresh bread as desired.
