Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 pickles
  • 300 g pork sausage
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp sweet mustard
  • salt, pepper from the mill
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 pretzels

Instructions

    Rinse, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Remove seeds and cut flesh into strips. Peel onions and slice into thin rings. Drain pickles and chop small. Peel sausage and slice thinly. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into rolls.

    Whisk vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk in oil. Fold in chives. Mix sausage, onions, pickles and tomatoes with the chive vinaigrette and let stand for 30 minutes. Plate and serve with fresh pretzels.
