Ingredients
- 1.5 kg cauliflower (purple, green and white)
- Salt
- 50 g butter
- 50 g whole wheat breadcrumbs
- nutmeg

Wash, trim, and cut the cauliflower into florets. Set aside a few young leaves for garnish. Cook the cauliflower in salted water for about 8 minutes until just tender.

In a pan, melt the butter with the breadcrumbs over medium heat, stirring until golden brown. Toss the drained cauliflower with the breadcrumb butter, seasoning with salt and freshly grated nutmeg. Serve garnished with the reserved leaves.
