Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower (cut into small florets)
  • 1 bunch spring onions (cleaned, sliced into rings)
  • 1 red peppercorn (deseeded, sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 tbsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 40 ml dry sherry
  • 300 g pre‑cooked shrimp
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes (fat‑free)

Instructions

    Sauté spring onions, pressed garlic, peppercorn and spices in hot oil, then add cauliflower, cook briefly, deglaze with lemon juice and sherry.

    Cover and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stir in shrimp and crème fraîche, bring to a quick boil. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and chervil leaves and serve. Offer rice on the side.
