Cauliflower Bites

Savory cauliflower bites from Spoonsparrow are healthy, oven‑baked and perfect for little hands.
Ingredients
- 300 g cauliflower florets
- 200 g potatoes
- 1 handful parsley
- 2 Eggs (size M)
- 2 tbsp corn starch (15 g each)
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Instructions

Wash cauliflower florets, shake dry and chop small. Peel, wash and dice potatoes. Steam both together over hot water until tender, then let cool. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop leaves.

Coarsely chop cauliflower and potatoes (the mixture should resemble cauliflower rice).

Squeeze out excess liquid – the drier the mash, the better the result.

In a bowl combine all ingredients.

Shape each tablespoon of the mixture into cauliflower bites, place on parchment‑lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 220 °C (200 °C fan; gas: level 3–4) for 10–15 minutes. Flip and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
