Cashew Mousse with Strawberries

Cashew Mousse with Strawberries from Spoonsparrow: Carbohydrates from banana, strawberries and oats give power for the day!

Ingredients

  • 125 g Cashews
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 150 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 2 pinches vanilla powder
  • 2 handfuls strawberries
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats

Instructions

    Place cashews in a jar and cover with cold water. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.

    Peel the banana and cut it into chunks. Drain the excess water from the cashews. Combine soaked cashews, milk, vanilla powder, and banana in a tall container and puree finely. Add a little milk if needed.

    Wash, clean, and slice the strawberries. Fill bowls with cashew mousse and sprinkle with rolled oats. Place strawberry slices on top of the cashew mousse and serve.
