Carrot Salad with Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 250 g young carrots
  • 1 bunch Navette (mini)
  • Eichblattsalat
  • Kopfsalat
  • 4 tbsp alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 tsp soy oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp coarse Dijon mustard
  • 50 ml Apple Juice
  • iodized salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Clean, wash, peel the carrots and cut them diagonally into slices. Clean and wash the Navette, then slice very thinly.

    Wash and pat dry the lettuces. Tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the sprouts cold.
