Carrot in the role of Spoonsparrow: juicy bread with crisp-fresh filling from a whole, peeled carrot - great as a snack for a break.

Ingredients

  • 60 g mixed bread (1 slice)
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

    Flatten the bread slice and roll it thinly with a rolling pin.

  2. 2.

    Wash the carrot, peel it thinly and straighten the sides so that a uniformly thick carrot stick is formed.

    Spread peanut butter on the bread. Place the carrot along the long edge of the bread and roll up. Wrap tightly in sandwich paper and tie the ends together.
