Ingredients

  • 800 g raspberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 600 g gelification sugar
  • 5 lemon balm leaves

Instructions

    Wash fresh raspberries and drain well.

    Place berries in a pot, crush them with a fork.

  3. 3.

    Bring the berries to a boil.

  4. 4.

    Moisten a cloth, wring it out and place it over a sieve.

  5. 5.

    Put the sieve over a bowl, let the berries drain, use the fork to help and squeeze the berries.

  6. 6.

    Weigh the collected juice. Cook with an equal amount of sugar in a pot according to package instructions. Add the lemon balm leaves before pouring in.

    Fill hot-washed jars with twist-off lids, seal and let cool standing on the lid.
