Carrot Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 600 g white cabbage
  • 150 g Carrots
  • 70 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • salt (pepper)

Instructions

    Remove outer cabbage leaves, cut cabbage into 6 strips and finely shred. Shred carrots into fine ribbons.

    Mix mayonnaise with vinegar, sour cream, salt and pepper; fold into the salad and let it rest overnight for best flavor.
