Ingredients

  • 200 g beef fillet
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ground pepper
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

    Freeze beef fillet for about 1 hour.

    Clean and slice mushrooms thinly. Drizzle with a little lemon juice.

    Slice the frozen beef fillet into very thin slices with a sharp knife. Arrange on a plate. Distribute mushrooms over the beef. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Grate parmesan over the top and garnish with parsley leaves before serving.
