Ingredients
- 1 carp (ready to cook, about 1.5 kg)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 untreated lemon
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- oil (for the baking sheet)
- 20 g butter (crumbled)
- 120 g butter
- 80 g whole almond kernels
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley (to sprinkle)

Preheat the oven to 180°C with top and bottom heat.

Wash the carp, pat dry, and season inside and out with salt and pepper. Wash the lemon hot, pat dry, and cut into wedges. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, and insert the lemon wedges into the fish's cavity. Place the fish on an oiled baking sheet, cover with butter crumbs, and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning once.

For the almond butter, melt the butter in a pan, add the almonds, and lightly brown them.
