Ingredients

  • 100 g butter (room temperature)
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 Camembert cheese (about 125 g, room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp light beer (or alcohol-free alternative)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Instructions

    Crush the Camembert with a fork, then crush the butter and mix it into the Camembert. Stir in the beer. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Spread the mixture on bread and top with onion rings, then sprinkle with parsley.

    If desired, finely chop the onion and fold it in completely. A little caraway also goes well.
