Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Bruschetta with goat cheese from Spoonsparrow: a liaison of creamy cheese with fruity tomato on crisp bread.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices ciabatta
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • dried oregano
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 40 g goat cream cheese

Instructions

    Brush baguette slices with a little olive oil, spread goat cream cheese on the toasted baguette slices and top with the tomatoes. Peel the garlic, press it through a press and distribute between the tomatoes.

    Brush tomatoes with a bit of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with some oregano.

    Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 8 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
