Ingredients
- 200 g zucchini
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 3 tbsp quark
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts (ground)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 slices whole‑grain bread
- 4 tomatoes

Wash and peel the zucchini, then grate it coarsely on a vegetable grater. Wash the dill, shake off excess water, and finely chop the tips for garnish. Mix the quark, parsley, and nuts together.

Fold in the grated zucchini and season the spread with salt and pepper to taste. Spread it onto the whole‑grain bread slices and top with dill tips. Wash, dry, slice the tomatoes into wedges, and place them on top.
