- 4 Camembert (≈150 g)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp mild paprika powder
- 100 g flour
- 150 g peeled almond flakes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 Apples
- cranberry jelly

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat. Beat the eggs with paprika. Coat each Camembert first in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in almond flakes, pressing the coating firmly on. In four small ramekins, brown each Camembert in melted butter for a few seconds on each side, then finish cooking in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes.

Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core, and cut into wedges. Arrange the wedges over the finished Camemberts and serve with cranberry jelly.
