Ingredients
- 600 g tuna
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 2 vegetable onions
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 1 small green chili pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp sunflower oil

Wash the tuna, pat dry, rub with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan with oil on both sides. Remove and set aside. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash the chilies, halve, deseed, and slice into rings.

Sauté the mustard seeds with the chili rings, garlic, and onion in the fish pan, stir in turmeric, remove from heat, and let cool. Mix the vinegar with the cooled garlic mixture and oil, season with salt and pepper. Roughly flake the fish and combine with the vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
