Cabbage Rolls with Millet

Ingredients
- 200 g millet
- 250 ml instant vegetable broth
- 1 small savoy cabbage
- Salt
- 250 g pink mushrooms
- 100 g double cream cheese (with herbs)
- 1 egg
- Pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- fat (for greasing the dish)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 bunch chives

Cook millet in vegetable broth for 5 minutes and drain. Wash, trim, and separate 8 leaves of cabbage; blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Clean mushrooms and slice them. Mix millet with mushrooms, cheese, and egg. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Slice the stem of each leaf flatly and spread the filling on the leaves, roll them up, and place seam side down in a fireproof greased dish. Seal tightly with foil and bake in a preheated oven (200°C/180°C fan/level 3 gas) for 30 minutes.

Heat sour cream; peel potatoes, grate finely, and simmer in sour cream. Wash chives, cut into fine ribbons, add to the sour cream, and season with salt and pepper. Serve cabbage rolls with the potato-chive sauce.
