Ingredients

  • 100 g radishes
  • 1 box of watercress
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Clean, wash and finely chop the radishes. Cut the watercress from the bed.

    Season the buttermilk with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then stir in the watercress and radishes.

    Pour the shake into two glasses, season with pepper, and serve.
