The Beet Protein Shake by Spoonsparrow keeps you full for a long time thanks to its generous protein content and is perfect as a post‑workout supplement.
Ingredients
- 2 beetroot roots (300 g)
- 2 Medjool dates
- 300 g Skyr
- 30 g fine oatmeal (3 tbsp)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 40 g almond kernels
- 20 g chia seeds (2 tbsp)
Instructions

Clean, peel, and quarter the beets. Pit the dates. Place all ingredients except ½ tbsp of chia seeds into a stand mixer and blend until smooth, adding 150 ml water.
