The Beet Protein Shake by Spoonsparrow keeps you full for a long time thanks to its generous protein content and is perfect as a post‑workout supplement.

Ingredients

  • 2 beetroot roots (300 g)
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 300 g Skyr
  • 30 g fine oatmeal (3 tbsp)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 40 g almond kernels
  • 20 g chia seeds (2 tbsp)

Instructions

    Clean, peel, and quarter the beets. Pit the dates. Place all ingredients except ½ tbsp of chia seeds into a stand mixer and blend until smooth, adding 150 ml water.

    Pour the beet protein shake into glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds.
