Ingredients
- 175 g flour
- 75 g ground almond kernels
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp condensed milk
Instructions

Mix flour, almonds, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Add butter in chunks and knead into a smooth dough. Shape into a ball and chill for about 1 hour.

Roll out the dough to about ½ cm thick on lightly floured surface. Cut shapes with cookie cutters. Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Whisk egg yolk with condensed milk, brush over cookies.

Bake at 200 °C (gas stove: level 4) for 10–12 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
