Ingredients
- 1 Spring onion
- 250 g river crab
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., dill and parsley)
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- Tabasco
- 500 g ground beef
- Olive oil (for grilling)
- 4 burger buns
- 4 tbsp seasoned ketchup
- dill flower (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash, trim, and finely chop the spring onion. Wash the crabs and pat dry. Combine with mayonnaise, sour cream, and herbs; season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Tabasco.

Knead the ground beef with salt and pepper, shape into 4 patties. Oil the grill grate and cook the patties over high heat for about 4 minutes per side.

Halve the buns and briefly place them on the grill. Brush the underside of each bun with ketchup, top with a patty, spread crab salad on top, then cover with the bun’s upper half and serve.
