Ingredients
- 400 ml oat drink (oat milk)
- 0.5 Vanilla pod
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Raw cane sugar
- 125 g buckwheat groats
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions

Heat the oat drink in a pot. Split one half of the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seed with a knife. Add the vanilla seed, scraped pod, cardamom, cinnamon, cocoa, and raw cane sugar to the oat drink, stir, and bring to a boil.

Stir in the buckwheat groats, let it come to a brief boil, then simmer over medium heat while stirring occasionally for 10 minutes until cooked through.

Meanwhile peel the banana and slice the fruit into rounds. Heat butter in a pan and lightly brown the banana slices over medium heat.

Serve the buckwheat groats in bowls topped with banana slices, cacao nibs, and chia seeds.
