Brussels sprouts wrapped in turkey bacon from Spoonsparrow are always delicious.
Ingredients
- 10 slices turkey bacon
- 10 Brussels sprout florets
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp mustard
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Clean, rinse the Brussels sprouts and pat dry with paper towels.

Wrap each floret in a slice of bacon, seam side down, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with maple syrup.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas stove level 3) for about 30–40 minutes until desired crispness is reached.

Before serving spread a little mustard over each sprout and secure with a toothpick.
