Ingredients
- soft butter (for the molds)
- 1 head broccoli (ca. 500 g)
- Salt
- 250 g cooked ham
- 6 Eggs
- 150 g grated mozzarella
- 150 g grated Gouda
- 300 ml whipping cream
- white pepper
- nutmeg
- 0.5 tsp organic lemon zest

Preheat the oven to 200°C with top and bottom heat and butter eight small tartlet pans, each 8-10 cm in diameter.

Divide the broccoli into small florets and blanch in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes until firm yet tender. Drain well. Dice the ham. Distribute the broccoli and ham over the prepared molds. Whisk together the eggs, mozzarella, Gouda, and cream. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and lemon zest. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold as desired, optionally accompanied by a green salad.
