Ingredients

  • 7 radishes
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 2 tbsp chive rings
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 4 slices tramezzino (about 10x23 cm)
  • 4 salad leaves (e.g., Chinese cabbage or iceberg)
  • 200 g bresaola (sliced)

Instructions

    Peel, wash, and slice four radishes thinly; dice the remaining radishes finely. Mix ricotta with radishes and chives, seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Spread a small amount of the ricotta mixture on each tramezzino slice and top with washed, lightly dried salad leaves.

    Arrange bresaola and radish slices over the salad, then add another light spread of ricotta.

    Place a second bread slice on top and cut into bite‑size pieces to serve as a snack.
