- 2 bagels
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 300 g smoked salmon (slices)
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream
- pepper from grinder
- 1 bunch Basil

Cut the bagels in half horizontally and spread each half with cream cheese, then top with smoked salmon slices.
