Ingredients
- 1 kg pre-cooked mixed seafood (e.g., squid rings, fish fillet, large shrimp)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 60 g flour
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Rinse the squid, fish, and shrimp and pat dry. Season all with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then coat in flour. Shake off excess flour and dip portions into beaten eggs. Coat with breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil (about 170°C) for 3-4 minutes per side (fish may need slightly longer depending on thickness) until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and keep warm at 80°C in the oven until all pieces are fried.
