Ingredients
- 4 smaller chicken drumsticks
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 l vegetable oil (for frying)
- Hot ketchup

Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl; season with salt and dust with flour.

Whisk the eggs and pour over the chicken. Mix the breadcrumbs with chili powder and coat each drumstick, pressing the coating firmly on.

Heat the oil to 160°C in a fryer or deep pan. Fry the drumsticks in two batches for about 10 minutes each, then drain on paper towels.

Serve with hot ketchup.
