Bread with Radish Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 200 g radishes
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 40 g yogurt (2 tbsp; 1.5% fat)
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 120 g bread (e.g., rye, 4 slices)
  • 2 stalks Parsley

Instructions

    Wash and trim the spring onions, then slice them into rings. Wash, trim, halve the radishes, and cut them into thin slices.

  2. 2.

    Whisk the quark with yogurt until smooth. Fold in the radishes and spring onions, seasoning with salt and lemon juice to taste.

    Spread the cream onto the bread slices. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, pluck small leaves, and garnish the breads with them.
