Ingredients
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 0.5 bunch Chives
- 250 g Quark (20% fat)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 slices whole grain bread (loaf shape)
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- paprika powder (for dusting)

Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove stem, seeds and white membrane. Dice half of the pepper into small cubes, cut the other half into thin strips. Wash the chives, shake dry, set aside some stems for garnish, slice remaining stems into fine rings.

Mix the pepper cubes and chive rings with the quark and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Toast the bread slices, halve them and spread the quark mixture on them. Sprinkle sunflower seeds, place a few chive stems on each piece of bread and arrange some pepper strips on top. Lightly dust with paprika powder before serving.
