Ingredients

  • 350 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 500 ml poultry broth
  • 4 slices pineapple (canned)
  • 1 can mandarin oranges (175 g drained weight)
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 75 g yogurt
  • Salt
  • a splash of lemon juice
  • 4 slices country bread

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry, place it in boiling broth and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. Remove, let cool, then dice into small cubes.

    Drain the pineapple slices and mandarin oranges, then dice them small.

    Combine the diced chicken, pineapple, mandarins with mayonnaise and yogurt.

    Season with salt and lemon juice to taste.
