Ingredients
- 400 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
- 4 yufka dough sheets (about 25x25 cm)
- frying oil

Crush the feta. Mix in the herbs with the cheese.

Prepare a bowl of cold water and a brush. Place each triangle on the work surface with the point up, parallel to the bottom edge. Spread 1 tbsp of filling along the side. Fold the sides in and roll the cigar toward the tip. Brush the tip with a little water and press it onto the cigar. Repeat for the remaining cigars.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot and fry the rolls in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each.

Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
