The blueberry smoothie from Spoonsparrow is a creamy snack for in-between moments packed with antioxidants.
Ingredients
- 350 g blueberries
- 1 orange
- 200 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder
- 250 ml milk (3.5% fat)

Wash and pat dry the blueberries. Place them in a freezer-safe container with lid and freeze for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, juice the orange.

Blend the frozen blueberries with yogurt, orange juice, vanilla powder, and milk until smooth. Pour the blueberry smoothie into small bottles or glasses and serve.
