Blueberry Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds from Exquisa: Load up on protein and fiber for lasting fullness.
Ingredients
- 40 g Oats
- 4 tbsp Chia seeds
- 400 ml milk
- 200 g Blueberries
- 400 g Exquisa (Fitline Protein Strawberry)
- 20 g dried goji berries
Instructions

Mix oats and chia seeds in a bowl, pour over milk and stir.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, stir the mixture well, then fold in Exquisa Fitline Protein Quark Strawberry in a streaked pattern and divide into glasses.

Rinse blueberries, wash and pat dry. Garnish the overnight oats with blueberries and goji berries.
