The blueberry fusilli from Spoonsparrow are perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy sweet pasta.

Ingredients

  • 400 g Vollkorn-Fusilli
  • 400 g Blaubeeren
  • 5 g Kokosöl (1 TL)
  • 1 Orange (Saft)
  • 1 TL Honig
  • 2 Stiele Minze

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in boiling water until al dente.

    Meanwhile, wash and drain the blueberries. Melt coconut oil in a pot and sauté the berries over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add orange juice and honey, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 2 minutes. Drain the pasta and mix it into the sauce, stirring occasionally for 4–5 minutes until the pasta is cooked through.

    Wash the mint, shake dry, and pluck the leaves. Divide the pasta onto four plates and garnish with mint.
