Ingredients

  • 400 g blueberries
  • 2 Bananas
  • 30 g lucuma powder (2 tbsp)
  • 4 tbsp rice syrup
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 250 g Greek yogurt

Instructions

    Wash and drain the blueberries. Peel and chop the bananas. Blend 300 g of berries with bananas, lucuma powder, rice syrup, and lemon juice. Stir in the yogurt.

    Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker for about 40 minutes until creamy. Sprinkle remaining berries on top and refrigerate for 1 hour. Alternatively, pour into a container, top with berries, and freeze in the freezer for 3–4 hours. Serve by scooping with an ice cream scoop.
