Ingredients

  • 500 g ripe peaches
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 500 ml Greek yogurt

Instructions

    Slice the peaches crosswise, briefly plunge them in boiling water with a slotted spoon, shock in cold water, and peel. Then halve, pit, and roughly cube.

    Blend together with powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside 8 tablespoons each and stir the remainder into the yogurt.

    Fill ice molds, leaving some space, and top with the reserved peach puree. Insert stems and freeze for at least 4 hours.
