Ingredients

  • 1 stalk celery (about 20 cm)
  • 50 ml vodka
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • celery salt
  • a pinch freshly ground pepper
  • 150 ml tomato juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 slice lemon (unprocessed)

Instructions

    Wash the celery, drain or pat dry with kitchen paper and cut off the end.

    Add all remaining ingredients to a highball glass and stir with a bar spoon.

    Serve the cocktail garnished with a lemon slice and the celery stalk.
